This Leonhard is a grandson of Rupert Baÿerl. He marries Walberga Heiter and they have a large family.  All this information is entered in the Family Tree.  The inset refers to Leonhard's parents Joseph and Carolina who live in House 50.

In the 20th Century, House 17 is inhabited by son Max who marries Johanna Fischer.  In June 2009, I met a grandson of Max in Gemany, the son of Johann.

Max, a mason, had his register redone and I show it below.  Note that Baÿerl is written with an umlaut for Leonhard, but without for Max in the 20th century– Deutsch-script above and Roman below.

Here is the more recent version of Max's Register. Another family took over the house later and had entries still being made in the 1960s.

In November 2009, I was able to access WWI military records from Germany.  Specifically the records of Max and his younger brothers Johann and Josef.  It is not a coincidence that the two brothers died in 1915.  Details will be presented elsewhere.
