Rupert & Barbara's Marriage Record

Even though I am not his descendant, Rupert Bayerl turns out to be an important person in my search.  Although he died when he was only 30, with his wife Barbara Ellinger he started a large family line.  Rupert's birth record was important in linking him with his brother (my GGG Grandfather) Leonhard

He was born 26 Nov (9bris) in 1788, the year his parents were married.  The record above confirms the parents Johann Bajerle and Magdalena.  The godparent(s) include Rupert Heisser.  Any Latin scholars out there can help me further.  I also have Rupert's marriage record:

I think I understand much of this. Reading from left to right is given the date of the marriage and a spelling of what may be Rupert Bajerle.  He is the son (sohn) of a häussler, catholic, and lives in House 33 in Affing in the administrative area of Aichach.  His parents are Johann Bajerle and Magdalina Echer(in). He is single and born 26 Nov 1788.  He married Barbara Ellinger(in), daughter (tochter) of a hü**end from Affing.  Her parents are ?Vitus and Maria Ben*?.  There may be a place name that looks like it might be Legenfeld or other.  Barbara is single and born 11 Feb 1788.  The remainder I do not understand yet and there are witnesses listed.

Below is a graphic summarizing what I know about Rupert as of this writing.  He died before the period for which I have Family Registers available.  Some of the boxes in the graphic below have links to relevant documents. A PDF file is available here.  I have a lot of information about the descendants of this family line, but unless someone asks, I will devote my energy elsewhere for the time being.

In mid-march when I was back-filling some of the gaps i began to process this death record for Rupert. I failed to notice or forgot that there are two Ruperts on the page. Ruppert Bairle #1 is the häussler from house 33 who died 10 Aug 1819 at the age of 30y, 10mo, and 20 days. There is no question this is the Rupert of this page. Person #4 is Rupert Baÿrl (same hand, different spelling) häusslerin from house 33, a kind (child) who died 17 Sep 1819 at the age of 8 Tag (days).

My first reaction is that this is a child of Rupert senior's who was born after the death of his father.  I suppose it is possible that the child (of the same house) was of one the several other women living there but that will require some arithmetic that I will put off until I get second chance to look for a birth record.

While looking for old Bayrls in Edenried, I found this confirmation record for Joseph Michael Herker, confirmed on 11 Jun 1808.  Rupert's father Johann was from Edenried before he went to Affing. Rupert's Grandmother Maria was still alive in Edenried until 1815.  I do not know the connection to the Herker family.
