This is the family register for (new) house number 53, which apparently was number 49 earlier. I do not have a good date yet for when these new registers were begun, but I am thinking it was around 1830-50. Additional entries were being made into the 1900s. I will not take the time now to fully decipher these and will wait until I can make a better copy from the good microfilm reader.
The first name is Leonhard Baierl, bauer (farmer). His first son is Anton who marries in 1862 and takes over the house. His is the second set of entries.
Leonhard's second son, Jakob, becomes Head of House Number 54, right next door! By 1881, another family is living in House 53. It appears at first glance the successor family is not related.
