Comments:
• In other church records, the family name is spelled 'Forkel."

• "ejusd" is a latin abbreviation for ejusdem of "of the same" (month)

• Notice the diacritical mark over the letter 'c' in these books.

• The designation "B[urger]" means a fully qualified citizen of the village.

• I am uncertain of the honorific or abbreviation "Her." preceeding godparent #2.

• In Grossbreitenbach it appears to be customary to have several godparents, including both men and women.

• The occupations for Godparents 3&4 have me stumped. I also suspect that the terminal 's' on the end of the male names Reinhardts and Böttners is gramatical indicating genetive or possesive case.
