Frederick's Civil War Pension Application Documents This is a spectacular file of 42 pages of documents needed to prove his service and the relationships with his family members.  His medical documents are present as well.  He was shot during the war and died of his wound years later. He had a daughter (Lena) who was a beneficiary of the pension.  I have not identified any living descendants of Frederick.  If anyone wishes to see these papers, please contact me directly.
